When times get hard,
i asked myself,
what did i get myself into.

i tried to count on my own strengths
to keep walking on from the troubles,
from all the confusion,

after walking for a long time,
i looked behind & saw that i'm still near,
from where all the chaos still is.

I was tired, exhausted
yet, i still can't find any peace in me.
i was still lost.

gave up, surrendered
laid down & wait
for all to trample on me.

But i saw a light from the distance,
drawing to me,
giving me that warm feeling.

At that moment, i finally could rest.
i didn't hear any sound around me,
a still yet peaceful silence.

That instant,
it was all over,
the fight, the chaos was defeated

I heard a whisper in my ears,
& knew that everything was alright
overcame all.

In my heart,
i knew that it wasn't with my strength
that i was able to walk through all.

Jesus was there.
to carry me through all
accomplished the impossible.

frustrations

everyday, i wake up & struggle to get myself up.
i wonder, what if, what if what if. .

i slammed my piano the other day, cause i was so stressed out on the exams. i couldn't get anything right, my fingers just jumble & stumble.&i ended up weeping on the piano. .

there was another thought in my head too. . & i didn't really know what to do.
i was doubting everything. unsure, unsecure. .


i just don't know whats up with me this days.
i'm tired, i'm sick, i just struggle to find something to do.
my head was filled with negative thoughts & failuree.
i was losing hope, losing sight. .
everything was just not going rightt. .


then, i came across this words todayy
Romans 8:24 - 25][" for it was by hope that we were saved ; but if we see what we hope for, then it is not really hope. For which of us hopes for something we see? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience."

& i broke down, cried and prayed. (:
after that, i felt so much better.

i know i'm a week late. but yeaahh as always, YOUTH CAMP was awesomee. (:
this year, it was much different. it was at the SAC instead of SAS. Instead of sleeping in classes with fans, we slept at the parish hall. & the showers were like so-called bootcamp, as there were made of wood & canvas? but it was not so bad after a while. :D.
I was in Basalt. & i had great fun. from pyramids, to trust fall, 3 kakis, captain ball && building newspaperr houses? HAHA. ours had a lake, with a boat & we had a lawn too. (; .
Session was really good. we had Pastor Joshua Liong as our speaker. The session that was shared really reflect on my life, my situation that i've been going through. It really spoke a lot to me. four days just went reallyy quickly. ): well, made new friends & at least, my last youth camp forr me, it was memorable. (:

it will be my fifth & final yearr & i'm gonna make the best out of it. Camp has always brought new experiences & encounters with God. i'm reallyy pumped up of whats install for me.

YES, everyone's like busy with school & everything, while i'm stuck at home until JULY. O.O. so i spend nearly my afternoons with piano, guitar,novels,music & TV. once in a while, i would use the net but rarely, cause i'm kinda sick of it. I'm now waiting for Youth camp during the hols. :D.Anyways, I bought 'The notebook' by Nicholas Sparks for a long time already, but due to the after-exams-don't want-to-touch-any-book mood, i left it on my bookshelf & said, i'll read it tomorroow. For about 3 months, that tomorrow drag until today cause i kinda forgotten about it & decided to read other novels. i managed to finish it the whole afternoon. & its a good book. i'm sure most has read it already(: . by the end of the book, it brought my eyes to tears, sillyy me.
